Many people enjoy walking our neighborhood. Concho and Delmar often seem like pedestrian only zones. It makes me smile to see so many parents strolling with their children. Older children peddle their bikes up and down the streets. Serious cyclists ride through the neigborhood on their way to White Rock Lake. And many of us walk our dogs every morning and evening. I have seen several people walking recently with very sweet, but unleashed dogs. Please follow city ordinances and leash your dogs at all times as you walk them. My dogs are not friendly and it makes it very difficult. Our postman is scared of dogs and our neighbor’s grandson is too. Enjoy your pups. Enjoy your walk, but please leash your dogs.
