Just two miles from downtown Dallas, you’ll find the eclectic area known as Lower Greenville. Including established historic neighborhoods with canopies of trees as well as thriving developments of town homes and condos, Lower Greenville is a vibrant and flourishing neighborhood that features single- and multi-family homes, elementary schools, churches and a wide variety of shops and restaurants clustered along Greenville Avenue and Skillman Street.
The members of the Lower Greenville Neighborhood Association (LGNA) invite you to explore our neighborhood, known for its front-porch friendliness. Our neighborhood is bounded to the south by Ross Avenue, to the north by Mockingbird Lane, to the east by Skillman Street, and to the west by Greenville Avenue (see map).
